On the first floor of the main building, there is a 22.5m2 room with a large window to the entrance yard available to rent. The space is well suited for example an artist, a therapist, as an office space, etc. There are also good social spaces and a kitchen for shared use.

On the first floor of the main building, there is a 42.5m2 room, as well as a larger 78.5m2 room, which can be divided into two different spaces with a bellows wall. Both rooms have large windows to the beautiful park garden next to the sea. These premises are well suited for e.g. an artist, as an office space and the larger one for e.g. a small yoga room, etc.

There is also a workshop building on the premises with the following spaces available to rent:

• 95m2 Business space (e.g. for a carpenter, painter, furniture restorer, etc.). The farm is equipped with compressed air compressor drives, a planing bench, good lighting, water faucet, etc.
• 85m2 Business space (e.g. for a carpenter, painter, furniture restorer, etc.) The space has good lighting and a water faucet.
• 34.5 m2 room, (e.g. for an artist, a room decorator, a painter as a place to hang out, etc.) The room has large windows and is very bright. The space also has a draw-down screen and its own water faucet.
• 18.5m2 room, (which is very suitable for e.g. storage or a small workshop). A ramp leads to the floor, along which it is easy to bring goods inside through the wide lift door. There are social facilities for shared use.

The Knipnäs Wellness Center also has healing room space for rent, which can be rented e.g. for one day a week or occasionally for healing work.
