Knipnäs Gård for businesses
Knipnäs Gård’s versatile spaces are well suited to strategy days, celebrations, seminars and workshops. Modern meeting technology and flexible room layouts accommodate everything from small group sessions to larger gatherings. Meetings and workshops can also be combined with activities such as sauna, yoga or time outdoors. Accommodation is available at Knipnäs as well, making it easy to continue into the evening or start the following day refreshed.

Majakka
A quiet meeting and conference room for around 14 people. Well suited to meetings, strategy days, courses and workshops, with comprehensive meeting technology and flexible furnishings.
Luoto
An intimate meeting room adjoining Satama, ideal for smaller meetings and management team sessions. Luoto also works well as a breakout room for larger events.
Satama
A bright dining and event space with large windows overlooking the garden and the sea. Suitable for dining, celebrations and corporate events, as well as part of larger event arrangements.
Kaisla
A spacious and versatile hall for meetings, celebrations, courses and wellbeing activities. Kaisla can easily be combined with Majakka, Satama and Luoto for larger events.
Large hall
Aava
A large, bright hall with its own entrance. Suitable for meetings, celebrations, courses, art exhibitions and cultural events. Aava also has its own kitchen and a separate additional room.

Choose a ready-made meeting package or request a quote for a tailored arrangement. Meeting packages can combine spaces, catering, activities and, where needed, accommodation.

Half-day meeting
A compact option when you need a quiet space, practical facilities and a clear conclusion to the session over lunch.
Can include:
- Morning coffee and a light breakfast, such as coffee or tea, croissants and fruit
- Meeting room, AV equipment and high-speed Wi-Fi
- A concluding discussion over lunch
Strategy days & training
Full-day meeting
A practical option for a longer working session, with the day structured around catering and, where useful, additional activities.
Can include:
- Starting the day with breakfast together
- Meeting spaces in peaceful natural surroundings
- Lunch and afternoon coffee with fresh, tasty options
- The option to add activities such as yoga, a nature walk or time in the Knipnäs Gård garden

Meeting with an overnight stay
When you want more time to work without rushing, the meeting, an evening together and accommodation can all be combined into one arrangement.
