Dining Hall

Dining Hall

On the first floor of Knipnäs, there is a spacious dining hall that accommodates up to a hundred people. The dining hall provides direct access to the beautiful park-like courtyard of Knipnäs. These dining facilities are also available for rent as event spaces for private and corporate use.

For weekend courses at Knipnäs, the culinary experience is primarily overseen by Toni Koivisto, a 35-year-old food enthusiast and nutrition aficionado. His passion lies in creating enjoyable gatherings and communal events that nourish people on every level, as he believes dining is a crucial aspect of any occasion. Toni prepares nutritious and versatile (mostly vegetarian) dishes using pure ingredients for various events, considering it a significant part of communal well-being and sustainability. Good food brings people together and fosters a sense of community.
Toni has a deep connection with nature and values the purity, diversity, and origins of food. He cultivates his own produce in his home garden, gathers herbs, berries, mushrooms, and maintains a few beehives to support natural plant pollination. He cooks with love, aiming to convey affection through his culinary creations to the world. Toni is thrilled to be part of the community at Knipnäs Hyvän Olon Keskus, where he continuously learns and follows his spiritual path.
