Spaces for events of all sizes
Spaces at Knipnäs Gård can be booked individually or combined into larger arrangements. The right space, furniture layout and overall setup can be tailored to the type of event, number of participants and services required.
Majakka
Majakka is a quiet, well-equipped meeting room suited to meetings, training and workshops.
The room has a fixed conference-table setup for around 14 people, while the furniture can also be adapted to suit larger groups. Majakka works well for meetings and team days as well as lectures and training.
The room is equipped with comprehensive meeting technology, including a ceiling-mounted projector, screen and whiteboard for presentations and collaborative work.
Majakka can easily be combined with Kaisla, Satama and Luoto as part of a larger event setup.

Luoto
Luoto is an intimate meeting room adjoining Satama, suited to smaller meetings, team discussions and strategy days.
The quiet setting works particularly well for management team meetings, team discussions and other sessions where focus and privacy are important. Luoto also works well as a breakout room as part of larger meetings and events.

Satama
Satama is a bright and atmospheric dining and event space suited to a wide range of occasions, from corporate events to celebrations and dinners.
Large windows overlooking the garden and the sea give the room a calm, coastal atmosphere. Satama works particularly well as a dining space, but can also form part of a larger event setup together with Luoto, Majakka and Kaisla.
The room provides practical facilities for catering and spending time together, whether for smaller gatherings or larger occasions.

The bright, open space adapts easily to different uses and furniture layouts. Kaisla works particularly well for lectures, training, corporate events, evening gatherings, and wellbeing and fitness activities.
Kaisla can be used on its own or easily combined with Majakka, Satama and Luoto according to the needs of the event. Together, the spaces also provide a practical setting for larger celebrations, including weddings.

Aava
Aava is a large and versatile hall at Knipnäs Gård, well suited to meetings, celebrations, training and a variety of events.
The bright, spacious room offers a peaceful and more private setting for working and spending time together. Access is through the main entrance of Knipnäs Gård, while Aava itself has a separate entrance by the stairwell. It can be combined with Satama, Kaisla, Majakka and Luoto to create an event area covering almost the entire floor.
Aava has its own kitchen as well as a separate smaller room that can be used, for example, as a technical room, backstage area, storage space or quiet workspace.
The room adapts easily to different furniture layouts and uses, and has also proved particularly popular for art exhibitions and cultural events.
