SUMMARY:Full Moon Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Exact time for the Full Moon\, is at 00:27 the same day. The portal for the Full Moon stays opens a few days prior and a few days past the actual time. \n\n\n\nJoin us for each Full Moon at Knipnäs Hyvän olon keskus\, Linnunlaulu 1 in Tammisaari\, in the Yoga Studio\, second floor. \n\n\n\nCome nurture and align your mind-body-spirit\, by breathing together and bringing heart coherence in meditation. We welcome the energies available during each Full Moon\, thus helping them ground. In group formation\, the electromagnetic chalice receiving and downloading the Divine Living Light is amplified and all Life benefits. \n\n\n\nYou do not need to be an experienced meditator. You will be guided into a period of silence\, approximately 30-40 minutes\, the created benevolent field will hold you. We start on time\, and close the door once the meditation has started\, so please schedule your arrival to 18:50. The guidance will be in English and Finnish. After the meditation we will open a half-an-hour sharing space in which any language can be used. \n\n\n\nCost: 5 euros/person\, contribution towards the rent\, please bring cash. \n\n\n\nYour guide & facilitator is Micaela Aminoff. I have some 30 years of meditation practice and during my nearly 10 years of service at the spiritual/ecological community\, The Findhorn Foundation in Northern Scotland\, I led numerous meditations and acted as Sanctuary Focaliser.
