Join us for each New Moon and Full Moon at Knipnäs Hyvänolon Keskus, Linnunlaulu 1 in Tammisaari, in the yoga-studio, second floor. This is a service in collaboration with the Aurora Initiative – bringing people together to build a resilient, holistic future.

Come and nurture your mind-body-spirit connection by breathing and aligning our heart coherence together in meditation. Welcoming the energies available during each portal of the New & Full Moons, thus helping them ground. In group formation, the electromagnetic chalice receiving and downloading the Divine Living Light is amplified and all Life benefits.
Our world is in chaos at this time and many challenges for humanity loom in the nearby future. To alleviate this chaos a regular meditation practice, especially in group formation, acts as a powerful counterbalancing force. At this time, between the ages, we are also receiving powerful energetic impulses in order to usher in a new paradigm, encouraging us all to be part of the solutions in a myriad of innovative and creative ways.

To benefit, you don’t need to be an experienced meditator. You will be guided into a period of silence, approximately 40 minutes, and the created benevolent field will hold you. We start on time, and close the door once the meditation has started, so please schedule your arrival to 18:50. The guidance will be in English. After the meditation we will open a half-an-hour sharing space in which any language can be used.

Cost: 5 euros/person, contribution towards the rent, please bring cash.
Your guide & facilitator is Micaela Aminoff. I have some 30 years of meditation practise and during my nearly 10 years at the spiritual/ecological community, The Findhorn Foundation in Northern Scotland, I led numerous meditations and acted as Sanctuary Focaliser. Matters are Soul-size so please join me!
