Being present in one’s own life should be the rule, not the exception as it unfortunately is for many of us.
We are born perfect and fully present with our whole being. It is possible that many of us will be that as well when our time comes. Although that remains to be seen. But the art is to be present in the short interim called life.
Through the Gestalt method, we can increase our ability to presence, sense of life and self-awareness – not to become something other than what we already are, but to become even more what we are.
The work takes place in groups and is very intensive. It might also include TRE (trauma release exercise) and liberating breathing techniques.

The course fee is 330€ (100€ for unemployed and students)
The stay is 175€
